Robert Allan Dion – known simply as Allan to colleagues and friends – is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate professional with a deep-rooted passion for excellence, integrity, and service. With a career that spans technology, engineering, and real estate, Allan brings a unique blend of analytical precision, leadership, and hands-on experience to his role as Broker/Owner of D&D Property Management Solutions, LLC.
Allan began his professional journey in digital electronics and engineering, where he founded a technology firm that contributed to significant aerospace projects, including the Chandra X-Ray Observatory. In 2017, seeking a new venture and a more people-centered business, he transitioned into real estate. Since then, Allan has served as a Broker, COO, and CFO across multiple companies that include, most recently, real estate and property management, leveraging his operational expertise to streamline systems, grow portfolios, and deliver consistent value to clients.
With a steadfast belief that real estate should be a source of passive income – not stress – for property owners, Allan co-founded D&D Property Management Solutions to help landlords enjoy the benefits of property ownership without the burdens. His leadership style is grounded in integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic, shaped by decades of hands-on business experience.
Allan lives in the Orlando, Florida area, where he enjoys time with his family, their loyal Labradoodle Max, and their ever-growing circle of friends. Outside of business, he serves as CFO for the MG Hope Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and support for those affected by Myasthenia Gravis.
